Academic Week 10

Back to work, but here in Oz that's not such a bad thing. I've had so much fun with week with my new friends- it's going to be really hard saying goodbye in just over a month!

Anna and I had a 5 day free gym session (much better than the uni gym; it has a steam room, sauna, aromatherapy room and monsoon shower!) so we made the most of all the equipment there, we even enjoyed a really fun and energetic Sh'bam class!

Tuesday= Unibar. This week was themed 'what i want to be when i grow up', I thought it'd be funny and ironic to go as a tradie...

On Thursday a few of us went along to the Oktoberfest themed bar crawl in The Valley with KGBC accommodation. We had a really good night and all have a new favourite band; check out The Lyrical on YouTube.

The best thing we did this week was our weekend trip to the Gold Coast. We stayed in a hotel with beach views, had a homemade family meal, and had an 'epic' (Babin, J. 2014) time:
